The Oro Loma Sanitary District's Engineering Department is participating in the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA), which allows public works projects under $220,000 to be bid through an informal bidding process.  As part of this process, we need to establish a webpage on our website where contractors can register for inclusion on our list when notifications for upcoming projects are issued. Below is a link to San Joaquin County’s website, which provides an example of how they have structured their CUPCCAA information and contractor registration process. 

Effective October 1, 2026,  contractors will have approximately 60 days to register for inclusion for the upcoming calendar year.

Ideally, the webpage would include:

·         A landing page with information explaining the CUPCCAA program and the informal bidding process.

·         A link to a contractor registration page where contractors can provide the required information and submit their application through Google Forms.
