Oro Loma Sanitary District Begins Districting Process
The Oro Loma Sanitary District is transitioning from at-large elections to district-based elections for its Board of Directors. This process will create voting districts used solely for Board elections. These changes will not affect your services.
Community input is an important part of this process, and we encourage residents to participate. Help shape how future voting districts are drawn by sharing your input. The next public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Oro Loma Sanitary District (2655 Grant Ave, San Lorenzo).

Oro Loma Sanitary District provides wastewater collection and treatment, and solid waste
collection services to 45,000 residents and businesses. Our service area includes San
Lorenzo, Ashland, Cherryland, Fairview, and portions of the City of San Leandro, the City
of Hayward, and Castro Valley.
