Chairperson of Finance & Insurance Committee, Member of Personnel/Safety/Public Information Committee, Alternate on the East Bay Dischargers Authority (EBDA), and Representative on Alameda County Special Districts Association.

Mr. Lee is a financial systems and information technology professional and has a BS in Business Administration. He is active in numerous local community organizations, cultural groups, and civic boards. He served as a member of the San Leandro City Council from 2012-2020. Mr. Lee was elected to the Board in November 2020.
