Student Project 2024
The Student Project entry period ended on September 20, 2024.
Thank you for your participation.

Win money for you and your school by sharing, in words or art, what you and your family do at home to help keep the Bay clean.

The work Oro Loma does all day, every day, helps keep the San Francisco Bay clean.
Wastewater collection and treatment is what we do at Oro Loma. We collect used water from homes – toilets, sinks, showers, and washing machines – through 272 miles of sewer pipeline that moves it to our treatment plant in San Lorenzo. We treat the water to remove impurities and return it to the San Francisco Bay.
There are so many ways you can help Oro Loma keep the water in the Bay clean. That’s what this project is about.
